Orders are processed within 24 – 48 business hours of receipt and shipped via FedEx or UPS. Freight and taxes (if applicable) are calculated towards the end of the online ordering process.

Shipments within California and to Winery Direct States are shipped via FedEx. You may select UPS as a carrier if you prefer but be advised the shipping rates will be higher.

Winery Direct States: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI and WV.
No Shipments to: AL, AR, CT, DE, LA, MS, NJ, RI, SD, UT and WY.

Orders shipped to California will take 1-3 business days.

Orders shipped to all other states will take 3-7 business days.

Required Legal Notice

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Shipper requires verification of age at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. The order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. No delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

BARGETTO WINERY guarantees the purchases that you make on or off our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will replace it, exchange it, or give you a refund.

• We highly recommend you use a business address as your shipping address.
• A $15 fee applies to redirect an order after it has already been shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• We offer FedEx “Hold at Location” services. Please inquire with customer service for more details.
• Will Call: Orders can be placed via the website or phone and then picked up at either tasting room location.
• Non-Wine Items (Accessories and Apparel): All non-wine items can be shipped by either Priority Mail or by Fed-Ex Ground. Please Note: Heavier items may have an additional per item charge.
