CHAUCER'S Mead Marinade and Baste
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream Sherry
1 tsp. worcestershire
sauce
1 cup CHAUCER'S Mead
12 whole cloves
2 T. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
Procedure:
1. Marinate for
two or more hours. Use with chicken or pork.
