Family Tradition

The third generation of Bargettos direct the operation of BARGETTO WINERY, which stands as the oldest producing Santa Cruz Mountain winery. We have continued our pioneering spirit with the establishment of a Santa Cruz Mountains Vineyard in Corralitos, California (Santa Cruz County), where we have planted Chardonnay, Merlot and Pinot Noir. In keeping with our family heritage, we are growing northern Italian varieties like Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, and Refosco. A blend of these varietals results in the distinctive LA VITA brand. The famed northern Italian white varietal, Pinot Grigio, is also a leader in the family of BARGETTO WINES.
