Use of biodiesel at the winery

BARGETTO WINERY uses biodiesel both in the vineyard (tractor) and at the winery. In the winery we now incorporate biodiesel for operating the pressure washer.  The biodiesel is a blended product that includes diesel produced from restaurant waste products(oils and fats).  Biodiesel is made from products that would otherwise end up in the landfill and converts them to usable energy that burns clean.  That’s good for the environment and therefore good for all of us.
