Purchase 2006 Santa Cruz Mountains Frescolino, Dry Rose
A handcrafted, dry Rose wine from Santa Cruz Mountains Merlot. This year we decided to try our hand at a Rose wine. We crushed Merlot from Regan Estate Vineyards in the Santa Cruz Mountains and pressed off a portion of the load. The resultant pink juice was fermented to dryness. This is the definite spring time wine with floral and pie cherry aromas. Tutti frutti flavors complement the taste of raspberry and pomegranate to be found in this wine.
