The wine was aged under three different regimes: a third in French Oak barrels, a third in a stainless steel tank, and the final third in a 3,000 gal French oak tank. We do this to bring complexity and mouthfeel to the wine.
This Chardonnay has aromas of citrus, green apple and light hints of oak. The wine has a crisp acidity with a lingering finish that will go well fish dishes.
